today training was.. fun and tiring.. haha! had a fun run.... actually not that fun... lolz. WE RAN AROUND THE WHOLE SCH! lolz. ran up the stairs was terrible! lolz. but more fun than running the track.. actually... running the whole sch is less tiring than running around the track.. lolz. dunno why also.. yeah... ran for 10 mins.. yup... very good for stamina.. i think my stamina is worse! lolz. maybe cause i drank coke.. =P COKE REDUCES STAMINA! AHHH! shld avoid it! haha!
yeah.. training was quite slack today.. cause coach went for holidays... so yeah... seniors damn funny! and sick... nvm... dun need to elaborate! lolz. =P
